 2 tbsp butter, melted
 1 tbsp tomato paste
 1 ¼ cup low-sodium beef broth
 ½ tsp salt
 1 large white onion, thinly sliced
 1 (8 ounce) container mushrooms, sliced
 1 pound frozen meatballs, beef or turkey
 2 tbsp cornstarch
 2 tbsp cold water
 fresh parsley, for serving

INSTRUCTIONS

Add butter, tomato paste, beef broth, and salt to the slow cooker and stir to combine.

Add sliced onions, mushrooms, and meatballs and toss to combine everything.
