Tropical Marshmallow Fruit Salad – mandarin oranges, pineapple, kiwi, coconut, and marshmallow in a sweet and creamy dressing. The perfect side dish or dessert for all your summer barbecues and potlucks!
1 15 ounce can mandarin oranges, drained
2 8 ounce cans pineapple tidbits, drained
1 ½ cups kiwi, diced
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
2 cups mini marshmallows
¾ cup sour cream
½ cup whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)
In a large mixing bowl, toss together mandarin oranges, pineapple, kiwi, coconut, and marshmallow.
In a separate bowl, whisk together sour cream and whipped topping until smooth. Pour over the fruit mixture and toss to coat everything.
Store in fridge until ready to serve.
