Oats soaked in milk, chia seeds, peanut butter, and maple syrup and layered with strawberry jam! PB&J Overnight Oats make the most delicious, easy breakfast!
In a small bowl, whisk together milk, chia seeds, peanut butter, maple syrup or honey, and salt until everything is combined
Stir in oats, making sure all the oats are submerged.
Layer ¼ of the mixture into 2 mason jars or small bowls. Spread 1 tbsp strawberry jam on top. Spoon the remaining oats mixture over top.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Top with fresh strawberries before serving.
