A tip for those who like dish with gravy put additional green chilly or flakes whichever you are available with at that moment that makes beef release extra oil in that beef stripe.
This recipe is prepared with the help of microwave oven, and if you try it on the gas top burner, it will take some extra time but cooked with more enhanced flavor and your every single bite tasteful and spicier.

You’ll Need:
- 400 gr beef cut in stripes,
- 200 gr zucchetti diced,
- 100 gr onions cut in 1/4 rings,
- 100 gr green peppers diced,
- 200 gr tomato diced,
- 1 dl red wine,
- 0.5 dl chili sauce, garlic, salt pepper,
- 1 dl sunflower oil,
- 100 gr grated mozzarella,
- 1 small can chili beans.
Procedures:
Heat brown meat slightly on high flame.
Take meat out of the pan and put in buttered baking pan, stir-fry zucchini, onions and peppers each separately and add to the baking pan add raw tomato dices and bake covered for 15 min in 350F Oven.
