INGREDIENTS
 4 cups greens of choice (romaine, arugula, spinach, or a mix!), chopped
 2 tbsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar Blend in Citrus Ginger
 2 tbsp olive oil
 pinch or salt and pepper
 1 cup diced cucumbers
 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
 1 cup chickpeas, drained and rinsed
 ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
 ¼ cup halved kalamata olives
 ¼ cup finely diced red onions
 1 container Minute Ready to Serve Brown Rice and Quinoa, cooked according to instructions and cooled slightly
 2 tbsp fresh mint, roughly chopped
 Mightly Sesame Harissa Tahini, for drizzling

INSTRUCTIONS

Place chopped greens in your serving bowl. Set aside.

In a small bowl, vigorously whisk together Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar Blends in Citrus Ginger, olive oil, and a pinch or salt and pepper until well combined. Pour over the lettuce and toss to coat the lettuce.

On top of the lettuce, layer diced cucumber, halved tomatoes, chickpeas, feta, halved kalamata olives, diced red onion, and Minute Ready to Serve Quinoa and Brown Rice.
