 2 cups kale, stems removed, chopped
 ½ cup almonds, toasted or roasted
 ⅓ cup nutritional yeast
 2 tsp garlic, minced
 1 cup fresh basil
 ½ lemon, juiced
 ½ tsp sea salt
 pinch black pepper
 ⅓ cup olive oil
BOWL
 1 sweet potato, spiralized
 1 tbsp water
 1 tbsp olive oil
 4 ounces ground turkey, cooked, (or chickpeas for vegetarian)
 lemon wedge
 fresh basil, for ganish
 sprinkle crushed red pepper flakes

To make the pesto, combine the kale, almonds, nutritional yeast, garlic, basil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a food processor. Pulse until somewhat blended, then scrape down the sides.
